Thank you for restoring my faith in the medical profession. Your kindness, empathy and caring before and after surgery were inspiring. If I have learnt one lesson from this experience, it is that a surgeon’s reputation is earned. And Dr. Braun – you truly are one of a kind.
You really see your patients, it is clear in the way you speak to them, treat them and the overall care that they receive. From a beautiful private room and lovely post-op flowers, to an exceptional anaesthetic experience through to the phenomenal nursing staff at Rosebank Clinic.
Girls, you are a credit to Netcare and you embody the values that nursing used to be about. You made me feel safe and cared for, you were professional, kind and above all, super efficient. Thank you for holding my hand, comforting and staying with me when I had a panic attack post op, and for checking on me no less than 5 times during that night.
After four failed operations, this team has proven that there you can retain the human touch in medicine.
